What problem are we trying to solve?
The neurodiverse talent pool is significantly untapped or underutilized!
Finding a job or changing careers when you have dyslexia, ADHD, or mild autism is stressful, challenging, and daunting.
Neurodiverse recent graduates often have grades that poorly reflect their strengths. Experienced professionals find companies often require stringent criteria that exclude them from applying for jobs, and some ultra skilled candidates would not pass a standard interview.
This causes low self-esteem and anxiety resulting in the neurodiverse group settling for jobs that do not suit or are well below their abilities.

Neurodiverse professionals have brilliantly talented minds, exceptional attention to detail, concentrate on complex repetitive tasks, retain large quantities of information, excel at pattern detection, mathematics, and coding skills. Think outside the box, are excellent problem-solvers, highly curious, intuitive, insightful, entrepreneurial, and are incredibly creative.
Several companies recognize people with autism; however, people with dyslexia and ADHD are inadvertently not sought by employers.
